Q: Why the revenue share component?
Because aligned incentives produce better work.
Most support in the online business world is transactional.
A coach gets paid whether the ideas work or not. A freelancer gets paid whether the strategy was the right one or not. Revenue share changes the dynamic. It means when the business grows, we both benefit.
Which naturally leads to better decisions, more thoughtful strategy, and a deeper level of investment in the outcome. I still charge a base fee for my time and energy, but it is dramatically less than you would pay most coaches with my experience for this level of 1:1 support.

There isn’t a rigid structure here, because real business questions rarely show up neatly at 10am on Tuesdays. Instead, think of it more like having a second brain in the room while the business is moving.
Each week we’ll have a dedicated async check-in day where we zoom out and jam on the bigger picture. What’s moving forward, what’s feeling stuck, what projects need attention, and any mindset or energy gremlins that have popped up while you’ve been in the trenches.
Then throughout the week, things unfold naturally.
Maybe you’re drafting a sales email and want another set of eyes before it goes out — you drop it in and I jump into the doc with suggestions.
Maybe you’re working through an idea for a new offer or funnel and send a quick voice note walking through your thinking — I respond with questions, refinements, and possible directions.
Maybe we’re building a new system together and you hit a decision point — instead of sitting with it for days, you send a message and we sort it out in real time.
Other times you might just be feeling stuck in your own head about something and need someone who understands your business to sanity check the situation.
All of that lives inside the async channel.
So instead of saving everything for a call and trying to cram a month’s worth of thinking into 90 minutes, we stay in conversation while the business is actually happening.
