Hello dear reader! It’s been a minute. I’m not supposed to acknowledge that but *sigh* I like to break the rules.
Last time I was in your inbox I was in launch mode, promoting my love child of the summer months like it was my job (it is).
& a good job of it I did!
I’m so much less of any asshole to myself than I used to be 🫠
If there’s one thing you take away from the launch debrief we’re about to get into, let it be that life and business is a lot easier when you have your own back.
Now onto the numbers, revelations, realizations, surprises, and more…

🍵💲Why I decided to launch an offer with nebulous benefits in a different direction from my norm
🍵💲BTS on all my launch numbers (because you’re girl gets better at tracking every time I launch)
🍵💲What it looks like to validate an offer before you evergreen it, scale it up, or invest in beautiful design

The EVOLVE launch was particularly interesting because of the structure and the subject matter. Let’s start with the latter…
Something I’ve really been sitting with recently is that you can’t force product <> market fit.
But many of us (myself included) try to. We want what we want and we want it to WORK.
The market is indifferent. It’s not a personal slight. An offer not working means nothing about the quality of your soul.
So how do you find the right fit? You pay attention. You get good at reading between the lines.
The idea for EVOLVE came to me through:
All of this felt like enough to formulate an idea and test it out even though the topic of evolution in business is pretty nebulous and outside the parameters of what I normally sell.
I really flubbed my last launch of Easy Yes in the summer (debrief here). Which is fine because you learn by launching.

One of my big takeaways was that it would’ve gone a lot better if I had done what I teach in the program I was selling (criiiiinge) and launched it with a low-ticket offer on the front end.
So that’s what I did for EVOLVE.
& I went a lil extra. 5 live sessions plus some seriously dope bonuses for $33 with an upsell for $111 if participants wanted 5 additional live group coaching sessions.
At the end of session 3 I pitched REALIGN (all of my offers henceforth will be in ALL CAPS because why not?) and sent sales emails mainly to those who did EVOLVE but a few to my main list.
Still patting myself on the back for tracking #s like a boss diggity dawg for this launch!

Mad room for improvement on those page conversion rates, especially for ads.
Y’all, it’s so important to me that I practice what I preach. This is offer validation in action. Live, scrappy, full of unknowns, and a prerequisite to scaling an offer.
Now I do the boring work of refining based on what I learned. Which is a LOT. I baked in so many opps for participants to give me feedback throughout and after.
I think this has evergreen potential. I definitely feel back in the saddle and like I know enough to be dangerous with ads.
I’ve got something brewing for October that is unrelated to this but based again, on something I’ve noticed is a huge unmet need and pattern in terms of challenges I see online business owners having in 2025.
So rest assured, I’ll be back in your inbox soon 😉 in between packing up my house and getting ready to go to Asia with my fam for who knows how long.
Living the dream 🙏
