Sometimes change feels impossible…
… not “I really don’t want to do this” impossible.
But, like, physically impossible. Like my palms are sweaty and my stomach is in an anxiety pretzel (👈🏼 way less appetizing than cinnamon sugar 🥨)
Maybe you can relate, %FIRSTNAME%?
I was recently reminded of just how scary change can be when it forces us to confront not only the unknown, but also the very well known…
Aka. ourselves: our beliefs, patterns, and preconceptions about what life “should” look like.
A few years ago, I decided to get real with myself. I told myself “Chanti, I love you, but, girl, you’ve got to slow down.”
The rate and the ways in which I was working didn’t feel sustainable, and, especially when you specialize in helping others build sustainable businesses, that wasn’t a good feeling.
I imagined what it might look like if I took a bit more time for myself:
I’d bring more energy to my business
I’d have the mental space to think through new offers and funnels
I’d be able to give my students and clients the support they need
I had every reason to prioritize this…
… and yet, several months later, I felt exactly the same: overwhelmed and frustrated with myself for, once again, biting off way more than I could chew.
So I asked myself a question that changed everything. Honestly, I’ve been asking myself this question ever since…
It’s part of how I more recently decided to push my own limits and shift to 3-day work weeks.
🍵💲A question that might just turn your world upside down like it did mine 🙃
🍵💲Gleicher’s formula for CHANGE and how to apply it to your life and biz
🍵💲A meme to make you smile, $1100 worth of free cop tools, and an invitation if you’re feeling called to make a shift this season
The GAME CHANGER for me 👇
Only after asking myself that, could I take a step back and really see myself…
❌ committing to low-level tasks that my team members were more than willing to take care of
❌ saying “yes” to every opportunity that came my way, even if they felt more “curse” than “blessing”
❌ scheduling myself solid weeks of meetings with little time set aside for dreaming and creating
And, however painful, that clarity was precious.
It helped me take ownership of what I had and hadn’t done. It put me back in a position of power and taught me something essential about change: change doesn’t just happen to us.
Now I want to ask you, %FIRSTNAME%, how are you complicit in creating the conditions you say you don’t want?
Maybe your current source of income isn’t allowing you to be of your highest service, but you keep doing it anyhow?
Maybe your audience, offers, or framework feel aligned with the “you” you were 3 years ago, and you aren’t sure how to move forward?
Maybe you know that you deserve to own your excellence, show up unapologetically, but you can’t seem to stop hiding?
Beyond questions that crack into your subconscious, did you know there’s a proven formula for change?
It’s called Gleicher’s Formula and it goes like this:
To overcome your natural resistance to change you have to multiply your dissatisfaction with your current circumstances by your vision of how good life will be once you make the desired change by taking a concrete first step.
Usually it’s the last one that people find the most difficult, but I want to make it soooo much easier for you, %FIRSTNAME%.
I want to invite you to an upcoming FREE live workshop I’m hosting:
Whether your vision includes building an online business and an offline life, going from 1:1 to a scalable business model, or simply doing work that genuinely lights you up, you can 100% count this as your first step.
Inside, you’ll learn how to apply Gleicher’s formula to your own life and business (+ a whole lot more).
Not sure if you’re ready to make whatever change you’ve been contemplating?
I get it.
As humans, we’re hardwired to resist change (thank your amygdala for that one 😅). Our brains interpret it as a threat, triggering the release of our fight-or-flight hormones.
It’s up to us to take a deep breath and decide whether or not we’re in real danger.
And if any of the following are true for you, %FIRSTNAME%, I promise attending this workshop is that safest thing you can do for you and your business:
Nodding your head? Let’s do this. Save your spot right here (there will be a limited time replay if you can’t make it live on Oct. 23).
