Happy Sunday Sunshine! 

My little dude sawed our Christmas tree down last week. Behold the splendor! 

I want a tree in my house all year round. Different trees for different seasons? It could be a thing. 

Are you celebrating the holly daze? This is one weird ass year and I’m sending you all the love if weird equals not seeing your family or  dealing with extra stress. 

I’m holding onto hope that change can happen faster than most of us recognize. Speaking of change… 

🎵 ONE MINDSET MELODY TO PRESS PLAY ON 

A year and a half ago I did my first proper launch of GwQ and this time around I knew it was time to update some of my bonuses. 

WELL… that meant rewatching the old versions. 

*crrrrrringe* 

I know we’re our own worst critics but I was seriously mortified by how bad these older versions were. 

Only because I could recognize in my past voice the hesitation, doubt, and fear of not being good enough hiding behind the ultra-scripted training I was walking people through. 

Which is really a glorious experience as painful as it is. To be able to look back — and not that far back I might add — and not be able to recognize yourself because of how much you’ve grown. 

Thing is I never would’ve gained confidence and gotten better had I not gotten started. Duh, right? But so many of us are waiting until we can boldly proclaim “I know enough!” 

Pfft… never happens. So whatever you’re stalling on, go for it. Get started. Put the ‘terri’ in terrible so eventually you can be…

1. Neelam launched her quiz and poured SO much heart into it but it didn’t quite take off in the way she’d hoped. She simplified it, removed anything that her ideal quiz takers would view as “work” and put it out there again.

2. Renee finished her quiz, tested it out with a small ad spend, and realized it didn’t quite hit the spot in helping her attract her ideal students. So what’d she do?! She didn’t give up, she changed the angle and came out with something better all thanks to her own discovery process.
